Our mission
Our mission is to accompany our little ones, promoting their ideas and knowledge and transforming the moment of mere care into a moment of learning and development through the selection and training of a staff of babysitters that perfectly fulfill the task.
Our staff is composed of professionals in the area, nannies with certifications and constant training, so we can offer a premium service in the accompaniment of children.
The moment in which the parent delegates to us the responsibility of taking care of the most precious thing he/she has, becomes the moment in which we become part of his/her family. That is why each home is treated individually to bring the right person. It is very important for us to know the tastes, abilities and desires of each child to be able to adapt to them and further develop them. We have constant feedback with the parents about the activities and skills that each child is achieving and we will send pictures of the children every day so that the parents are aware of what the children are doing at all times.

I’m Andrea Guitelman, in Upababysitting my role is Staff and communication director. I am a physical education teacher, event organizer, dance instructor and above all I am a mompreneur.
That’s why I know very well what it means to have to be in many places at the same time and to want to fulfill 100% in everything. I know that if I am sure that my children are well taken care of, I´ll perform twice as well in my work because I can focus on my task.
That’s why I created UPABabysitting, for responsible and busy parents who love their children and want the best for them at all times!

I have a degree in physical education, a degree in marketing and business development.

I have a degree in advertising and public relations, I am in charge of all the content and relationships of babysittingupa in which we differentiate ourselves from having a quality product and service. We have strategic alliances with hotels, gaming companies, sports and artistic centers in order to provide a comprehensive service to our customers.

I am Joaquin Dr, in psychology, my role in the company is to provide assistance to parents and supervise the staff of professionals providing training and content on an ongoing basis seeking to offer added value in each of our services.
