We know you wouldn’t want just anyone in your home, and we wouldn’t want that for you either. Some places in USA has no required standards for temporary childcare, but Babysitting upa does!
Taking this into account, we have taken the time to find the most qualified, dependable, and verified sitters, so you know exactly who is in your home and with your children.
Babysiiting Upa is the only babysitting service that is fully staffed and insured.
Can I meet the babysitter beforehand?
Yes! Our rigorous selection process is meant to alleviate any stress of having a new sitter in your home and with your children.

What’s the selection process for sitters?
Babysitting Upa requires sitters to pass our rigorous selection process.
The safety of your children is the most important value we defend, which is why we take these extra steps to ensure our sitters have passed our hiring process.
Are Sitters CPR & First-Aid certified?
Yes. All of our sitters are required to be CPR certified upon hiring so that in the event of an emergency, the sitters are equipped to act accordingly.
What if my child has special needs?
Babysittingupa is happy to work with you in finding a sitter that is familiar with, and capable of, the care and needs of a special needs child.
What if we don’t like our Sitter?
Babysiitingupa wants you to have the best possible experience, this is why we only hire the best!
If for some reason it is not a match between your family, and one of our sitters, we will find a replacement sitter immediately; just let us know.
Can we get updates during the booking?
Yes! We encourage you to communicate with your sitter while you are away so that you feel most comfortable. Sitter’s are instructed to update the parent(s) every few hours unless otherwise specified from the parent(s).
Can I request the same Sitter?
Yes. You can favorite your top Sitters. Pending the schedule of the sitter, we strive to match you with your preferred sitters!
How do we pay the Sitter?
You don’t. Babysittingupa will allocate pay to your sitter.
How to cancel a reservation?
Babysittingupa cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation or modification made less than 24 hours before reservation time will be charged our flat fee of $30.
Cancellations and/or modifications must be made directly through the UPA! corporate team, and never with your sitter. No exceptions.
